Jennifer is the best! I sought her assistance when I was preparing for the GED. Math has never been a strength for me, and I haven't used the typical algebraic functions or equations in about 6-7 years. She helped me blow through algebra in less than two weeks at about an hour or two every few days. This was really important to me, and even though I'm ridiculously easy to frustrate with mathematics, she was patient and helpful. The best part was when she refused to let me give up, and that's something I've had a lot of tutors do with me. I passed the GED test, and I got quite a high score on the math and science portion. (The science wasn't a focus for me, but it included math too.) I highly recommend her services for all kinds of needs.
Jen was always on time and came prepared to do math with me. I came to her for help with GRE Math and my quantitative score increased from about the 18th percentile on my first try to about the 40th percentile on my second try! While I still may have to take it again, she did a good job explaining concepts and was very patient.
I contacted Jen for help with a graduate level statistics course. The course was an intensive eight weeks. I new after the first exam that I needed extra attention. Jen was extremely knowledgeable about statistics and mathematics, and equally efficient in the IBM SPSS computer software package. She explained things in an easy to comprehend way, and I feel she was very fairly priced. We met once, and sometimes twice per week on campus at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh. She was always on time, and showed up with a good attitude- ready to get to work. I would recommend her to others, and I will likely use her again for future research assistance.
